Paul Thorman

Paul Thorman has over 30 years of Federal and commercial experience in the information technology
industry. Prior to joining TMS, he served as an independent consultant, designing e-commerce and
Internet solutions for commercial clients. Previously, he served as Director of Federal Services
for Merant Corporation, where he was responsible for Merant's entrée into the Federal marketplace.
Mr. Thorman also spent 27 years at EDS, where he served as an Engineer, Project Manager, Account
Manager, and Regional Manager. His accomplishments include serving as the Senior Solutions Architect
on successful Federal proposals that were worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and creating the
first EDS Regional Data Center as part of a three-member team. Prior to EDS, Mr. Thorman served as
a systems programmer with IBM at the NASA Manned Spacecraft Center, generating the specialized
operating systems that supported the Apollo Project. Mr. Thorman earned a B.S. degree in Physics and
Mathematics from the University of Texas.
