TMS team members have extensive experience in business process reengineering projects with the
Department of Commerce Office of Security and have conducted consulting studies with the State
Department; in particular, TMS conducted a needs assessment and developed a recommendations report
for maintaining operations at the New Embassy Compound in Baghdad, Iraq.
TMS provides training development and delivery expertise to various government clients. Training
initiatives include: a modernization effort for Customs and Border Protection on the Automated
Commercial Environment (ACE) program for truck commerce, custom application training for the Department
of State, and Information Security training at the Pentagon for Enterprise Security Services - Pentagon (ESS-P).
