Luay Murad has more than 14 years of experience in information technology including over 9 years of program management (PM) experience. His PM experience includes project plan development, personnel management, administrative responsibilities, and coordinating the management of all work performed on his contracts by subcontractors, team members and vendors. While employed by his most recent company, STG, Inc., he served as a Director for Department of State operations; Mr. Murad was responsible for more than 90 employees on multiple tasks with responsibility of more than $10 million in revenue. He also played a key role in bidding and winning multiple contracts totaling over $250 million. Previously Mr. Murad was Program Manager for Advanced Management Technology, Inc., where he organized and directed network assessment teams on site surveys, developed installation schedules, and mobilized teams for various independently operated sites within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Subsequently he interfaced with the client to coordinate post-installation operations and maintenance support. Mr. Murad has also held various technical positions where he performed systems and network administration roles. Mr. Murad earned a B.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University, and an MBA from Marymount University.
