Holly Kerlin has over 10 years of experience serving in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility and is currently responsible for all employee care functions within TMS, including compliance, benefits, and recruiting. During her tenure, she has implemented and refined policies and procedures critical to supporting the personnel growth of the company. Prior to joining TMS, Ms. Kerlin worked at a foreign embassy in Washington, DC, where she refined her abilities to communicate with all types of people, from information seekers to high-level government officials. Ms. Kerlin holds a B.A. from Hendrix College and an M.A. from American University.
