Heather Molloy

Ms. Molloy has over 14 years of accounting and contract management experience. She is familiar with government cost
accounting, the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), compliance with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)
requirements, and has extensive experience with contract negotiations. She has responsibility for all aspects of TMS'
accounting functions, and provides contract administration support for all government contracts. Prior to joining
TMS, Ms. Molloy was controller and business manager for Space and Defense Systems Inc., where she managed all facets of
financial reporting, human resources, and contract administration. Previously she was an assistant controller for 3H
Technology, LLC.
Ms. Molloy is a CPA, licensed in Virginia and Washington State, and received a B.S. in Business Administration from the
University of Richmond.
