Grace Dittmar

Grace Dittmar has 25 years of experience in IT and management consulting. Prior to founding TMS, she
served as COO at Edge Technologies, an IT professional services and secure portal software provider;
at Edge, she oversaw the development and launch of a new portal product, implemented formal software
engineering processes, and brought in a multi-year significant new services contract with the Department
of Defense. Ms. Dittmar also spent 14 years at EDS, where she served as a Vice President of Operations
in the Government Industries Group and was responsible for $70M+ in business. She additionally held
leadership positions in the areas of program management, engineering, and marketing, and worked with
a variety of Federal and commercial clients, ranging from the U.S. Army to the IRS. Her experience
includes serving in telecommunications consulting and management consulting positions on engagements
with clients such as Federal Express, Bell Atlantic, and Royal Dutch Shell. She graduated Summa Cum
Laude from Yale University with a B.A. in Economics and is a certified Project Management
Professional. Ms. Dittmar is a former member of the GSA Information Technology Industry
Government Council (ITIGC). She has been selected as the 2008 DC Small Business person of the Year
by the Small Business Administration.
