Douglas van Norden has more than 24 years of experience in information technology and client solutions
consulting. He has been responsible for a variety of areas ranging from business development, strategic
business communications, and account management to systems engineering and network operations. Mr. van
Norden has been involved in the pursuit and capture of hundreds of millions of dollars in business for
both large and small businesses, as well as the creation and execution of solutions to improve delivery
and client satisfaction. His previous positions include Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and
Public Relations for AVIEL Systems, OCIO Chief-of-Staff at the Department of Homeland Security - U.S.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and several leadership roles at EDS, such as Account Manager for
U.S. Mint Operations, Director of Business Development, and Systems Engineering Task Order and Project
Manager for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. Mr. van Norden was also the founder and
principal of Dane-Peregryn Communications, a strategic business communication consultancy.
