David J. Baldwin

David Baldwin has more than 32 years of experience in the Federal sector of the information technology
industry, including over 11 years of program and project management. In addition to his strong technical management skills, he has a broad base
of knowledge that includes sales, marketing, product management, network management, software development, resource management, recruiting,
corporate infrastructure design, professional services, and P&L responsibility.
Prior to joining TMS, Mr. Baldwin served as Vice President of RiteNet Corp. where he was responsible for several awards, including the US Dept. of
State's $96M HITSS contract. He also researched, planned, and developed the corporate infrastructure and was a member of the CMMI Appraisal Team.
Previously, Mr. Baldwin was the ITSS Program Manager for STG, Inc. where he converted a previous contract to the new $150M Dept. of State
technology contract. At STG, he was also a Project Director managing over 85 employees involved in numerous tasks.
Prior to STG, Mr. Baldwin was a Project Manager with WidePoint Corporation and with Wang Corporation, where he helped plan a 2 year, $8 million
project to track and monitor world-wide hardware/software installations. Prior to his time at Wang, Mr. Baldwin held various management and
technical positions. Mr. Baldwin earned an MBA from West Virginia University and a B.A. in English from the University of Pittsburgh
and also holds an ITIL Foundations Certification. .
