Bobbi Lucas has more than 25 years of experience in IT operations and management consulting, specializing in program/project management and governance, strategic planning, change management, business process reengineering, software development and deployment, and IT infrastructure. She has a proven track record of strong leadership, taking a customer-centric approach to align IT objectives with business goals and strategies. Prior to joining TMS, Ms. Lucas served as Chief Information Officer at The Washington Post, where she directed all aspects of the IT function in support of over 250 revenue-generating publishing, manufacturing, and business/financial systems. She also spent 15 years in consulting with Intelicent, Inc., James Martin & Associates, and SHL Systemhouse Ltd., delivering diverse and innovative solutions to Fortune 500 companies as well as Federal, state, and local government organizations. Ms. Lucas is a strong proponent of best-practice-based delivery and has extensive experience in creating and publishing commercially available methodologies for program and project management, executive visioning and strategic planning, business reengineering, risk management, systems redevelopment, and application development. Ms. Lucas is a certified Project Management Professional and holds an ITIL Foundation certification.
